###### PathScan® Combi is an automated platform for scanning and analyzing tissue-based brightfield slides, and for whole-slide fluorescence scanning in up to 6 colors.

PathScan® Combi is a histological slide scanner that combines transmitted light and fluorescence scanning thanks to a dual-camera system (color and monochrome) :

- Oil immersion scanning of tissue FISH slides
- Whole slide immunofluorescence scanning (up to 5 colors)
- Brightfield scanning, including immersion (high resolution)

PathScan® Combi enables brightfield and fluorescence images to be matched for FISH analysis using EVA® software, in the same tumor zone as that previously identified by the pathologist in brightfield.

With its dedicated Web application, PathScan® Combi provides remote access to acquired images and password-protected access to individual files and working environments.

- Available lenses: 2x, 4x, 10x 20x, 40x, 60x immersion (upgradeable configuration).

- Resolution at 20x : 0.5 micron/pixel, 0.25 µm/pxl at 40x, 0.107 µm/pxl at 60x (immersion)
- Image compression : JPEG-2000

- Filters : up to 5 positions (upgradeable configuration)
- Backlight illumination: LED
- Illumination Fluorescence: Metal-halide
- Display: 24” LCD screen (1920X1200)

The scanner complies with the In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR) (EU) 2017/74.
